Yoga to prevent sleep apnoea or for better sleep

Steps to follow

  • Consult or write to us before you practice on own.
  • sleep apnoea can be dealt by placing cushions from mid back to head  and head above heart level
  • Pranayama: Night before sleeping:Practice right nostril inhale and left nostril exhale 
  • Early morning :Pracitce left Nostril inhale and right exhale for 15 minutes if left nostril is blocked or pracitce alternate nostril breathing only.
