SGS INTERNATIONAL YOGA FOUNDATION AND RESEARCH CENTER had taken an initiative to bring awareness and to engage the public in competition that is conducting from home through online without breaking lock down rules.
26 vyaniti yoga students had an opportunity to participate and 13 of them won prizes.It was proud moment as the competition made them to think about the health and gave them confidence .
