What Are Chakras?
Chakras are energy centres that run along the spine each associated with specific colors, sounds, and emotions. There are seven main chakras, and each one has its own  unique characteristics and functions:
1. Root Chakra (Muladhara)
- Location: Base of the spine
- Associated with: Safety, security, and grounding
- Color: Red
2. Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana)
- Location: Lower abdomen
- Associated with: Creativity, passion, and emotions
- Color: Orange
3. Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura)
- Location: Upper abdomen
- Associated with: Confidence, self-esteem, and personal power
- Color: Yellow
4. Heart Chakra (Anahata)
- Location: Center of the chest
- Associated with: Love, compassion, and emotional balance
- Color: Green
5. Throat Chakra (Vishuddha)

6. Third Eye Chakra (Ajna)

Root Chakra (Muladhara)
- Yoga Pose: Mountain Pose (Tadasana)
- Meditation: Imagine a bright red light at the base of the spine, and concentrate on the feeling of the feet touching the earth.
Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana)
- Yoga Pose: Cobra Pose (Bhujangasana)
- Meditation: Imagine a brilliant orange light in the lower belly while you concentrate on its sensation.
Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura)

Heart Chakra (Anahata)
