Paint to Destress Workshop – Sep 2018

Stress is common among children and adults and Yoga is one way and there are many ways to destress the mind. Vyaniti conducted Free hand painting without using pencils prior and even for those who are totally a new to this subject.Everyone were made to meditate first then they used the colours on the canvas using their emotions and then in the end they expressed their view about the painting which they displayed.Nearly 50 participants de-stressed themselves using paint and canvas.
