Our Story

Prema Nagesh is the founder of Vyaniti Yoga which was formerly called YogaTherapy4all. Her passion for yoga developed at the young age of 17 when started taking lessons to stay fit in her hometown, Pune, India. Through the next decade, she learnt through dedicated self practice. Soon, she started spreading the art of yoga to her near and dear ones. To be able to help people out better she went on to study yoga therapy, naturopathy and meditation from various renowned institutes across India.

I had thyroid and sinus for more than 3 years and I was taking medicine for this but due to regular yoga practice for more than 2 years , I do not take any medicine now as all the levels have come to normal. I do not skip yoga for this reason . No medication is such a miracle for me right now.
