  • Click on Register button

  • Select Group option if more than one from family registering

  • Register

  • Wait for the approval from admin

  • Check the automail received for auto generated Pw For the students

  • If not chk in junk or updates in mail

  • Use this for login in every class

  • If not able to login reset Pw and try

  • Join from website in every class access the other details

  • Login to your student account.

  • On the left hand side menu click on ‘GROUP MANAGEMENT’

  • Click again on the option ‘ADD NEW MEMBER’

  • Fill up the details and add your relative as a member.

  • You can keep adding any number of members to your group like this.

  • Each member will have separate USER ID and Password but all their details will be

  • available to you as the head of the group.

  • Login to your student account.

  • On the left hand side menu click on ‘PAYMENT’

  • The entire calendar will appear on your screen.

  • Select the month for which you want to pay.

  • A new screen will appear asking for your payment details.

  • Monthly Payment, select the currency & just write the amount in numbers.

  • Payment Date -mm/dd/yyyy

  • Select the mode of payment as Cash, Vyaniti Account or Bank Transfer

  • Provide the Transaction Reference Number in case of transfer to track the payment easily.

  • Login to your student account.

  • On the left hand side menu click on ‘DASHBOARD’

  • Your registered batch will appear. On top it it will be written audio and ‘SPEAKER’ icons

  • Will be there indicating the audio files.

  • Click on them to access your audio files.



  • Your attendance will be automatically recorded.

  • You do not have to wait for the links to start your class.

  • You can add multiple members under group scheme.

  • You can manage and monitor the membership details and fees easily.

  • All your Yoga related resources such as course details and audio files will be available online.

  • Website will automatically register your regularity and activity. You have a space of your own where all your course related materials are readily available on finger tips.

  • Your details will not be known to public, it will be accessible to you and Guru Prema ji as the Admin of the website.

  • Account details are sent to you by email. You have to remember your login credentials to make it easy to login from any device from any corner of the world.

• Those who don’t have combination of health issues other than mentioned here, can try these postures.

• Though certain postures appear tougher but repeated practice will heal and make it simpler.

• Common rules are mentioned as general instructions which are applied during those practice of Asanas

• Follow the sequence as shown to avoid injury.

• Proper guidance under expert is very much necessary if one is having multiple health issues.

• While raising any part of the body against gravity inhale and while exhaling release the posture

• In a neutral movements inhale and while exhaling turn your body

• Practice normal and rhythmic breathing once you maintain the posture

• Focus on breath and body as you maintain the posture

• Practice yoga after consulting doctor if you are suffering from any health issues

• Always learn under proper guidance

• Please mention clearly all the health issues with your teacher before the start

• Practice yoga in open air and not direct sunlight and if inside the house, avoid ac

• Practice after 4 hours after meal and have meal after half hour of finishing the practice

• Avoid heavy meals and drink sufficient water throughout the day

• Drink four glasses of water In the morning in an empty stomach

• Cleanse completely before the start of yoga

• Wear cotton and comfortable loose clothing

• Practice Asanas both the sides, while focusing on body alignment and breath

• Hold for 10 secs initially and repeat twice each side and the slowly increase the holding counts

• Sequence and flow of Asanas along with counter postures are important.

• For every health issues mentioned, there are sequence of Asanas along with counter postures too in the end.
